Work out in style in our first class fitness studios, located on the first floor of The Quay Zone and offering far-reaching views to the south over Stair Park and further to the Byne Hill. Our studios have been fitted with the ultimate in flooring with “Junckers” sports floors which have unique area-elastic characteristics which give the user additional benefits both in their freedom of movement and help in protection against injury. Lifts are available to transport you to the studios if required and are located at downstairs entrance.

With great changing facilities (showers, hairdryers) and classes to suit all styles and experiences you’ll be sure to have a great session at The Quay Zone.

Metafit(™) combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional `Old school` bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

18:00 - 19:00Circuits 1 hr

Total body workout circuit style.  This class offers stations of cardio, strength, plyometric and core training.  Maximise your calorie burn and fitness with this adaptable all over body workout.

19:00 - 20:00Studio Cycling 1 hr

In a Studio Cycling class your ride will begin by setting up your bike then climbing and speeding your way through a planned routine that will push your fitness to new highs using carefully selected music and interval training.
