As we open our doors to welcome you back to The Quay Zone at Girvan Harbour, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to you our customers, members and supporters for your patience and support over the last couple of years.
This support has helped us immensely and we are delighted to be able to bring the TQZ community back together again under one roof.
The Quay Zone Team
We will be opening our facilities in two phases:
Phase One
Gym, Fitness Classes and Swim facilities are now open.

Phase Two
In Autumn 2026 we are excited to bring you the second phase with a newly refurbished and extended area of the building which will encompass an All New Café, Soft Play, Outdoor Terrace & Upper Viewing Deck.

Membership payments are direct debit and where eligible an agreed TQZ discount will automatically be applied. To join and for further details on the TQZ Discount Scheme please contact Reception on 01465 915200.
TQZ discount scheme is available for students and those in receipt of various State benefits, including pensions on proof of eligibility.

Gym & Fitness Classes
We are delighted to offer a new extended range of equipment which enhances the overall Gym experience at TQZ. If you haven’t already booked your gym induction session why not give us a ring on 01465 915200 today and kick start your 2026 fitness journey with us today!
Gym Inductions
Members and Pay-As-You-Go customers will be able to access the gym once they have completed an induction. This induction is essential to ensure everyone is familiar with the new equipment, safety protocols and guidelines.
New Members & Pay-as-you-go clients
please build in an additional 45minutes for induction in addition to your planned workout time when coming in for your initial gym session.
Fitness Classes
We will have dry based fitness classes in our studio, as set out in our timetable.

Swimming & Pool Timetable
We are thrilled to announce that, despite unforeseen delays, our pool opened on Monday 2nd February. While this marks a significant milestone, we still have work to do which may require us to update the timetable to allow for equipment to be changed. While any repairs are conducted, we will continue to work diligently with our partners to ensure that any disruption is minimised and that you continue to be provided with a safe, and enjoyable experience.
Pool Timetable
We will continue to follow our regular timetable for all activities. However, please note that public swim sessions may be adjusted to accommodate school swimming lessons. Whenever a change to the public swim schedule occurs, we will update and post the new times promptly.
